“A few years ago my elderly father needed a new roof, and with so many different roofers operating in Winnipeg, it was quite overwhelming trying to figure out who was good, reliable, trustworthy, fast and competitively priced. Luckily, Marc (M&M Roofing & Exteriors) was recommended to me by a friend in the House Building industry (Wise Choice Custom Managed Homes), so the guess work was taken out of the equation for me. M&M Roofing & Exteriors did a great job on my Dad’s roof (386 Woodlawn St): they were quick, used the best materials, were on budget and left the property as clean as they found it. We hired M&M Roofing & Exteriors to do our roof as our old roof was beginning to leak. I got a number of estimates and the estimate provided by M&M was right in the “good” range. However, I had heard from our neighbour that M&M provides excellent workmanship, so we decided to get our roof replaced with M&M. Let me say that we are very pleased with our new roof. I don’t care much about roofs but it actually looks more modern than our old one did! I would not have expected a roof to make such a difference in the looks of our 1950’s home.
Marc was able to complete our roof in a timely manner because we’d had leaks in the past. He listened to our concerns and addressed underlying problems with venting of our old roof. And the charge was just as he had estimated!
I found his crew to be considerate of our property and pleasant to deal with. They were hard-working and we are very pleased with the finished product. They cleaned up thoroughly and none of my tomato plants suffered from any damage, which was truly amazing!
